In a series of studies on extruded polymer components for major UK manufacturers, Winnats has been able to provide Laser RAMAN analysis for evaluation of resin degradation, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) to establish component thermal history during manufacture, determination of stabiliser family by Atomic Absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and surface structure determinations by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
